About Create Your Purpose®
Grow your business.
Reclaim your agency.
Most advice out there will tell you to hustle harder, scale faster, or chase six figures at all costs, dressed up in success stories with the receipts conveniently missing.
Create Your Purpose® exists because we believe know there is another way. We're a movement and community built around one idea: women entrepreneurs deserve support to build sustainable, purposeful businesses that matter.
That means growth on your own terms, not someone else's. Growth that starts from the inside out, refuses to accept that "more" is the only measure of success, and doesn't pretend the pressures women small business owners face aren't real.
Hi, I'm Quinn Tempest, the strategist and founder behind Create Your Purpose®.
Over the past 15+ years, I've supported hundreds of women entrepreneurs through the messy middle of business building. Along the way, I've watched too many capable women get sold frameworks that only work for the people selling them, and talked out of trusting what they already know about their own businesses... and themselves.
My work blends strategy and purpose: practical, sustainable growth paired with the deeper reflection it takes to build on your own terms, not someone else's. At the center of it all is a question I keep coming back to: how do women hold onto both purpose and agency in a world that makes that harder than it should be?
The work
For over 7 years, I led the Create Your Purpose® Collective, a private community where hundreds of women solopreneurs came together to build with more clarity and intention. That work taught me as much as it gave: what actually helps women grow, what gets in their way, and how much of what gets in their way isn't personal at all.
Today, that same thinking shows up most directly in my consulting practice: helping women clarify their vision, refine what's working, and build a business model or brand that supports their life instead of draining it. It's where the deeper reflection meets practical strategy, one business & one decision at a time.
And increasingly, it's showing up in my writing: naming the patterns I've seen across hundreds of conversations, and making the case for a different way to measure success. That's the next chapter of this work, and I'm glad you're here for it.
